A reminder that, with the upcoming Winter Break, all accounting and operational activities will be suspended at certain times to coincide with University deadlines and allow for completion before the end of the year.

Please note the following deadlines for ASSIST Operations:

 
FOREIGN WIRE TRANSFERS
Tuesday December 11, 2018 
Any foreign wire transfers must be completed by this date, so any requests for foreign wire transfers should be made 48-72 hours before this deadline. 

SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS
Friday December 14, 2018 by 3:00 pm
All orders for supplies and materials must be in by this deadline, in order to be received by December 21, 2018.  Any orders received after 3:00 pm on December 14 will be placed when the University re-opens, on January 2, 2019.  This includes requests for expedited shipping AND any gas deliveries.

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS & PROJECT MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Monday December 17, 2018
Any accounting, travel, financials, service requests, and any project modification requests (PMRs) etc., that need approval must be in by close of business on this day.
